Vishal’s first film remains one of my favorites. I reached out and spoke to him after seeing it. Everyone who spoke today clearly believes from the heart that this new film will be a success. For Arjun Das, this will be a project where audiences see him in a completely new dimension. What D. Imman Sir is doing is groundbreaking — giving so many new singers a platform is a huge deal. Kali Anna (Kali Venkat) is one of the finest actors in India. Best wishes to everyone involved. I truly wish for the film’s success.

When Vishal told me the story, I asked who’s playing the lead. He said Arjun Das — and I was shocked. But after seeing the film, I was stunned. In Indian cinema, Rajinikanth Sir is the best at portraying villainous characters with innocence. After him, it’s Arjun Das. Kali Venkat Anna took on his role in Don Pilot without hesitation. He genuinely loves cinema, though he hasn’t always received roles worthy of his talent. Vishal Venkat and I have become close friends through this film. He has done everything beyond direction to bring this film together. This movie speaks about a big subject in a very simple way. Everyone will surely love it. Thank you.

Almost everyone who worked on this film are close friends of mine. It makes me happy to see them all contribute to a single project. Kali Anna is someone who’s always willing to help without hesitation, no matter when or what is needed. I can’t say enough about him. Imman Sir is one of the few composers who consistently delivers unique music. I’m glad he composed for this film. Thanks to the producer for backing such a story. I was amazed at how confidently Arjun Das portrayed this character in his first film itself. Wishing him continued success. Shivathmika has performed beautifully. I’ve known Vishal Venkat since 2008 and have witnessed his struggles and pain closely. His success feels like a personal victory to me. I am certain this film will be a huge hit. Thank you.

When I narrated the story to Arjun Das, he believed in me — thank you. From the beginning, I only had Shivathmika in mind for this character, and she delivered wonderfully. I was unsure if Kali Venkat Sir would take the role — he had to act as a dead body the entire film, without breathing — but he nailed it. We troubled Singampuli Sir quite a bit, and I thank him for his patience. I always wanted Nassar Sir and Abhirami Ma’am to be at least in one frame of my film — thank you both. Rajkumar and I started with no knowledge of cinematography or direction, and now we’re here on this stage as DOP and director — proud moment. Thanks to everyone who worked hard for this film.
